I’m Charlotte Pintilie, a qualified English teacher with PGCE and QTS, and over three years’ classroom experience helping students achieve academic success and genuine confidence in English Language and Literature. I hold both a BA and MA in Creative Writing, which means I don’t just teach English — I live and breathe it.

Experience That Makes a Difference

Before qualifying as a teacher, I worked as a Teaching Assistant in a SEND school, supporting students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and speech and language needs. That experience taught me how to adapt learning to suit every individual and build confidence from the ground up. I’ve also run literacy interventions using Fresh Start Phonics and supported early English acquisition for children who were new to the language. My approach is calm, structured, and encouraging — designed to help each learner find their voice and feel proud of their progress.
